Coya is the Founder and Principal Broker of Fairhaven Property Solutions, a boutique property management firm built on a clear standard: asset-focused management that delivers measurable results.

With a background spanning property management, real estate brokerage, and investment strategy, she brings a well-rounded, operator-level perspective to every asset under her care. Her approach is grounded in systems, data, and execution, with a focus on performance, efficiency, and long-term value.

Coya leads with a high level of accountability and clarity. She believes property management should go beyond basic oversight and function as a true partnership. That means proactive communication, strategic decision-making, and consistent follow-through that investors can rely on.

Based in Ringgold, Georgia, and serving clients across the Southeast and beyond, she is building Fairhaven Property Solutions into a trusted, results-driven firm known for doing things the right way, not the easy way.
