3. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Fairhaven Property Solutions LLC by any of the following methods:

8. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs).

Neither Fairhaven Property Solutions LLC nor the mobile carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy and Data Use

Your mobile phone number and any related information collected through this SMS program will be used solely for the purposes described in these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy. Specifically:
